About Us
The Le Havre Zen Dojo was founded over twenty years ago. It is open to anyone who would like to discover the practice of zazen transmitted by Master Taisen Deshimaru. It is one of the dojos listed with the International Zen Association. Nathalie Le Guillanton has been the coordinator since October 2005.

Introduction:
- The second Sunday of every month, the dojo organizes a half-day of zazen beginning at 8:30 am, with an introduction at 10:30.
Participation:
- 5 € per zazen
- 30 € per month
Events
At this time, samu at the dojo consists of building maintenance and remodeling.- Saturday, March 18: Open House. The theme is Zen Art & Culture. Come and discover haiku, sumi-e, storytelling, music and more.
- Sunday, March 19: Zazen Day with Gérard Pilet
- April, May, June: Zen Dinner (Saturday) followed by a half-day of practice (Sunday morning) on the second week-end of the month. Watch this space for details, or contact us for confirmation.
- Saturday, July 1, 2006: Open House, 10 am - 6 pm
- Sunday, July 2, 2006: Half-day of zazen with Christian Espiau
1st zazen at 8:30 am, introduction to the practice at 10:30 am
