About Us
The dojo was formed in 1990 on the initiative of Philippe Balleraud, disciple of Master Taisen Deshimaru since 1976. The dojo aims to establish a link between practice and daily life, and is open to everyone, in accordance with the rules of zazen practice transmitted by Master Deshimaru.
Connected to the activities of the AZI through its members, the dojo encourages participation in sesshins led by different godos, including Philippe Coupey, who is its advisor.

- Tuesday - 7:30 pm with Philippe Balleraud
- Wednesday - 7 am with Patrick Blaise / Stéphane Hirschberger
- Thursday - 7:30 pm with Philippe Balleraud and others
- Saturday - 8:45 am with Philippe Delahaye
Introduction: Come half an hour before the beginning of zazen (call first, if possible).
